Retro lava lamp in 1-inch scale that lights up. 

Though the bubbles inside the lamp do not move, this lamp is mesmerizing when it lits.

The liquid inside is dyed yellow resin with a little pink near the top .  I made the faux bubbles from polymer clay.  The stand and lid were painted copper.

One 3-volt LED (non-replaceable) is installed.  It is powered by a CR2032 coin cell battery.

The battery pack includes a built-in on/off switch.

Since the wires and the battery pack are heavier than the lamp, you will need blue tac or putty to help keep the lamp in place.

There is a little recess on the underside of the stand to hold the tac/putty.
