Retro lava lamps in 1-inch scale that lights up with slow changing colors.

These mini lights are different than the first batch of mini lava lamps I made in 2021.  Back then, I created a mold to hold the UV resin.

This time around, the lamp is primarily 3D printed in resin and then hand painted/finished. 

The liquid inside is cured UV resin mixed with glitter.  I love varieties so I either put in a different glitter color or painted the base and cap differently. 

There is no motion in the lamp.

Each lamp has one 3-volt LED (non-replaceable).  It is powered by a CR2032 coin cell battery.

Please refer to the last photo for the type of battery pack used. 

Since the wires and the battery pack are heavier than the tiny lamp itself, you will need double-sided tape or museum wax to help steady the lamp.
