This listing is for a $1 non-refundable PREORDER deposit for one unit of battery operated haunted house with a leafless tree and some faux autum fallen leaves. An example is shown in this listing. Yours will have some variations on the tree (e.g. height and overall shape) and the ground cover of leaves.
The haunted house is battery operated by a CR20332 coin cell battery. Please refer to the last photo for the battery pack to be used.
The finished house will be listed individually and ready to ship by the end of August 2022. You will receive an email notification or Instagram DM (if I have your IG account name) when the listing is posted. The remaining balance will be $35 plus shipping.
The houses will be reserved for three weeks for customers who have placed preorders. After the holding period of three weeks, the item(s) will be released.
Customization or personalization is not offered.
