A black cat chasing a micro mouse endlessly on an automata platform seems like endless fun.
It was a miniature version of a design by Blasius (Germany).
The mechanism includes two spur gears and two cams. Please note that the automata only turns in one direction.
Due to the tiny mechanical parts, this piece is delicate. Please handle with care. With the front that is decorated with black cat decals facing you, turn the handle towards you (i.e. anti-clockwise). It will not work if you turn it clockwise due to the shape of the cams.
DIMENSIONS:
2.5" wide including the handle; 1.8" tall; 0.7" deep
This miniature toy is more suitable for a sixth scale setting but definitely can be used as our own RL toy. :)
