How can I pay?

We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.

Do I need to pay via PayPal?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.

Do you offer combined shipping?

Yes, if you purchase more than one item, any shipping overage of $1.5 or more will be refunded to you after deducting actual postage, payment processing fee and cost of packing supplies..

Do you ship to destinations outside the U.S.?

Sorry, I currently only ship within the U.S.  I will also ship to Canada.  However, Canadian neighbors/customers please kindly contact me to update shipping information to items you are interested to purchase.

Are items returnable?

Customers are urged to read the item descriptions in full and note the details shown in the photos.  However, mistakes happen.  I will accept returns within 14 days of delivery.  Returned items need to be in the original condition, undamaged and in their original shippers and packing materials. 

Return shipping costs are to be paid by customers unless wrong items were sent to you.  Please contact me first before returning the tiem(s).  Refund will be issued after the returned items are received by me.  Postage will not be refunded as USPS already performed the service.

Do you work on commission work or custom orders?

Sorry, no.  I currently do not work on custom orders or made-to-orders.  In case of agreed upon pre-orders, customization is NOT available.

What is the processing time for shipment after I placed my order?

After you placed your order and payment is received, your item(s) will be shipped in 1-3 days.  I usually ship the following day if your order/payment is received before 7pm (EST). I will email you the USPS tracking number immeditely after printing the shipping label.
